be completely smoke free because she still smokes. It’ll be smoke free on my part. I’m just excited to have someone coming over and not be spending the day by myself.

OMG, I wanted a cigarette so bad. The bad cigarette angel kept saying “come on, it’s your b-day. you gotta celebrate”. The good cigarette angel kept saying “don’t do it. you don’t want to blow all your hard work”. Once again I was successful in listening to the good angel and telling the bad one what he could do to himself.
