That is the biggest weight off of my shoulders. I only wish I had done it three years ago.

to get your life back in order. Bankruptcy is merely a tool it is not a value judgment. I had one a long time ago and it was difficult but it helped to get things in my life back on track.
Btw, most people don’t realize that the majority of bankruptcies occur for medical reasons, loss of a job, divorce or disability.

It really feels like a new beginning
For me it was a divorce and job loss due to 9/11, both my ex-husband and I were in the aviation business and the company took a big hit after that day. The ripple effect hit us within a year as the company scrambled to keep afloat with pay cuts and layoffs. The financial strain put an even deeper level of stress on our already flailing marriage.
I look forward to rebuilding my credit and keeping things afloat.
