J.A. Bruhn is updating her 43 Things page for the first time in more than a year
I was doing about 20 minutes of pilates 4 times a week pretty consistently until about 2 weeks ago. I did it after I went for walks/runs. Then I had to put in long hours working on an art project that needed to get finished… then I started a new job with longer hours 20 minutes away. So for almost two weeks I didn’t exercise at all. But today I ran and did the pilates thing – I hope I am able to keep it up. I prefer doing it in the mornings but I’ve had to get up so much earlier for my job. Just need to get to bed by about 9:00.
I think what I’m going to try to do now is: Pilates for 20 minutes every day – and an extra long ‘session’ on either Saturday or Sunday. I’d just like to progress a little faster, and what I’m doing now could definitely be done every day. (my body can take it, and I think I’ll have the time if I work at it)
