I just found out that drinking 3 litres of water will help in reducing weight. So, drinking 3L of water will be part of my 100 days mission of accomplishing 50% of my goal to reach my ultimate goal weight of 52kg.

So people drink up water and see its wonders =D

I will second that

I try to drink a minumum of 3 liters a day. Keeping your body hydrated means it retains less water.

I do however find myself getting bored of drinking water so keep stocked up on squashes.

so far managed 2.4 litres only

It can be a chore at times, but I am slowly getting there. I have not yet reached my goal to drink 3L per day but I am getting there. I started with 2L yesterday, today I went up to 2.4L, so I hope tomorrow will be GRANDE day of 3L =D

It does make me feel lighter and more energetic =D H2O rocks =D
