DoubleN going to visit SingleN in the hospital tonight!
Another local Iowa-side path runs along Duck Creek. I’ve only run this a few times, but it’s about 9 miles long, so running the whole thing out and back makes a nice marathon training run. Also very nice, but a little farther and not quite as scenic (in my opinion) as the mighty Mississippi.

Keith and I were on that same bike path on Saturday….it is nice, but not as scenic as the river bike path…
We did the whole thing….the only thing that hurt the next day was my wrists. That’s funny…
It’s nice to see the people are still outdoor doing activities even if the weather deosn’t seem nice

no idea! I’ve run outside in all kinds of weather. I could work for the frickin’ postal service, because I can definitely do the wind, snow, sleet or hail! But am becoming more of a baby about it now that I’ve found a fitness center I really like.
