It only took 2 days to get back on track. Today, I grinded out 391 pushups to get me back to where I’m supposed to be at this point. From here on out, I vow never to fall behind more than 200 (about 3 days’ worth). And instead of only doing sets of 25, I was able to many sets of 30, so it’s good to see I’m getting stronger.
