Day 7 10 months ago

I only ran 5k since my foot is still sore, the cold is hanging on, and I had little sleep. But it was a beautiful misty morning, and I still managed to see a few of the “regulars”. I am loving this goal, and it really helps to have Middle Daughter getting up early for work now, too – I really look forward to seeing her in the morning; she’s such a sweetie. :)

Though it is lovely where I live and run, this is not my photo. I don’t take my camera when I run; it’s just too big and I have no way to carry it. But this could have been taken by me! :)
