Replaced traditional light bulbs with the new energy-efficient low wattage bulbs. Unplugged appliances I rarely use. Got rid of my old dorm fridge upstairs.
Donated books to library for others to use.
Turned in things I did not use anymore for scrap metal recycling. Recycled magazines, newsletter, and some books that the library did not want.
