Finally ran a full mile on the treadmill without stopping! It was at a 6.0 incline, and only 4 mph, which means it took 15 minutes, but I did it.
Now I should probably stop rewarding myself when I do these things by eating something entirely bad for me…
I’m not sure when to mark this goal as “done”. I kept telling myself I wanted to get to a mile without feeling labored, but my arm strength is still lacking.
Any suggestions on limits? Perhaps I should reword the goal itself.
