Routine

I’m no longer skipping meals. Next would be to incorporate exercise into my everyday schedule. So starting next week, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I’m going to start moving my butt. Then I’m going to increase that to 5 times per week.

I would like to be able to take the stairs without the wheezing and the near-fainting when you get to the top.
