I don’t have television, so those are just my guesses. It was between Burger King and Wendy’s for the number 3 spot.

No, not really. I know anything I buy from Dairy Queen is fifty times worse for me than what I could make at home- but I’m pretty active, so I consider the health vs. lifestyle thing a wash.

Yes, I remember Burger King having some sort of omelete years ago and it was over two days worth of calories. Very depressing.

Yeah, I rarely eat fast food but if I do I always get something like a grilled chicken sandwich and I never get fries.

To answer your question about fat/calorie levels. It doesn’t concern me much because the food tastes bad. I’m not a food snob, but the last few times I had chain-level fast food I thought it tasted so horrible that I had not desire to eat it again. Sure, I was probably hungry at the time and forced it down but I always feel bloated and cheated after eating fast food. Bloated and cheated – a new marketing slogan?

I could include Wendy’s too, because I know they’re advertising a lot on English channels on the English side of Canada, but since we don’t have any Wendy’s here in Quebec, I won’t include it and just tell the three others, which we do have here.

I know it’s almost all the same in every fast food restaurant, so I don’t care anymore about it, I just avoid eating in those places the more I can. Still, I can appreciate that some restaurants like Subway are making a little effort to make their food a little less fat.

I don’t worry about the fat/calorie levels for myself because I don’t eat it but I worry all the time about my husband and friends. I think about that guy who did “Super-Size Me” and how his health suffered and just have to bite my tongue every time my husband eats it… nobody wants to hear about how bad it is for them.
