Butterflies Rock

I knew this gal in college who was the biggest butterfly fan on the planet. No, strike that, she was a walking butterly billboard. She wore clothing with butterflies . . . buttons, pins, etc . . . and she talked about going to see the Monarch Butterflies on their yearly migration all the time.

So she got me hooked on the idea.

nancyvsont is cutting plastic straps with a paper cutter to make square baskets.

I went there!

It was a memory I’ll never forget! As a travel writer I even got to go there for free!

Now I’m raising them from eggs I’ve gathered in the wild. They are adorable…my second family of children!
