It’s all a state of mind. I didn’t start feeling like I was pretty until I was in my thirties, I regret all the time I wasted feeling down. I wish I could go back and change my state of mind, maybe I would be even further than where I am today.
If you are only eating once a day your body may think that it is starving and hold onto everything that you put in it. Contrary to popular belief, when you starve yourself, the first thing that begins to break down is protein, an therefore muscle. And muscle weighs more than fat, so you can look smaller and be healthier but be ‘heavier’. Dont go by pounds, go by how your clothes fit you.
