Ab Slider and 09/12 16 months ago

So…you know those wheel-things that you use to do assisted push-up/slides? I got one from a garage sale. All thanks to my friend who fronted me the cash for it when I didn’t have it.

These things are amazing! I had a knockoff years ago, and it was good too. I think this is the original, and it’s called the Ab Slider, I think. It’s blue, anyway. They work so much, they HURT.

I mean, they really, really hurt. I’ve only got it like 4 days ago, and did it twice. I’ll do it again when I get home today. But it’s so effective that it hurts to laugh ‘cause my ab muscles are sore now!

So…I don’t know if this is exactly healthy or not…I’m hoping it is, but I have somewhere special to be on September 12th, and I plan on having a six-pack by then. So, that means that I need to do this DAILY UNTIL THEN.

I haven’t done hardly anything before getting this thing, so, it’s like I’m starting now. I plan on doing it EVERY SINGLE DAY. Maybe I’ll give myself Saturdays off, or something. But I’m hoping to just do less slides if I’m sore, instead of none at all.
