Hmm…just make sure to give a follow-up call. I’m almost seventeen and had to go through that stuff a lot before I got my first job. It’s like that for most people, a lot of jobs are iffy about hiring people with no experience. My tips are:
1.) Drop off your application in person and be NICE. Make sure to ask for the hiring manager’s name.
2.) Give a follow-up call three days later, that gives them time to look over the applications.
3.) If you get an interview, make sure to wear appropriate clothing and bring a pen and an organizer, that makes you look more desirable, believe it or not, lol.
