comprised of:
bluberries, raspberries, special k, skimmed milk, pear, satsuma, chicken & avocado salad, cereal bar, treat size dairy milk, quavers, ‘pulse’ spaghetti with veggies & quorn mince in a tomato sauce.
God this is hard work. I know I should cut the afternoon snacks out but it keeps me going through work!!!
Oh, no exercise either. Gym tomor though. Ick.
