rgioc needs to get rid of the jelly belly
I had 2 weetabix with soya milk and a glass of orange juice for breakfast. For lunch i had a red salmon sandwich. For dinner i had chicken salad and for snacks i had 2 packet of hoola hoops, 4 weight watchers cookies and 2 pieces of cranberry and granola chocolate. I also did 25 minutes of cardio today from my workout dvd. And i walked to work aswell. I’m feeling a lot more toned. I’m in work at 7am till 3pm tomorrow so i’ll be able to do some more exercise after work.
