I read a couple weeks ago that drinking some water before going to sleep helps with waking up. So far its worked. I wake up to the alarm at 6AM and quickly find myself getting up to go to the bathroom. I think this goal is pretty much done, but I’ll leave it on for one more week.

I drink one 16.9 fl oz bottle of water before I go to bed. I didn’t take into account any other liquids I may have taken before though. I’ll try keeping track and see about how much I drink.
