i read an article today that said to know how many calories you need to maintain your weight:
just take your weight and multiply it by 10, then add your weight to that number.
118×10= 1180+118= 1298..so 1300 calories a day basically if i don’t exercise to maintain this weight…
less than i thought!! lol but i’m glad i know now cuz i was just generalizing and thinking 1500….but it makes sense that it would vary for different body weights.
