I have been carrying water with me whereever I go for the past 3 or so years and it has worked. The biggest factor is the bottle I drink from oddly enough. I have recently purchased a 1182ml stainless steel bottle (www.kleankanteen.com) and drink close to 2 a day!!! This is a major factor in my consumption of water. Bottoms up!!
