Helloooo September! Let’s start as we mean to go on…!

Focus – website:
  • remove nested table from homepage; try positioning : looks okay just now, will do for further drafts
  • source 12x sample pics; full size/thumbnails : getting ahead of myself – hurrah!
  • build a top-level portfolio page
  • build sample gallery page with enlargements/clickthrus
  • FAQ page outline
  • Contact us page outline : Whoot! Draft 1 is DONE!
Chores:
  • dishes
  • empty bin
  • ironing?
  • charity bag – full or not, leave downstairs : FINALLY! I’ve only been saying I’ll do this for YEARS!
  • scan pc – see if anything’s causing the sluggishness : nothing found, but halfway through the whole beast kicked back to life proper. Weird
  • start backing up pc – think it needs wiped and reset :(
Should:
  • study
  • look at cards
  • use the bloomin’ face mask!
Would like to:
  • get up a bit earlier
  • find out if web visit is today/tomorrow
  • re-post In Bruge review
  • start next review – book and/or art show
  • go into town with study books, for coffee
  • bath and/or watch something
  • early night

I loved "In Bruges"!!

Can I see the review? That movie really got me.

calypte brrr! it's cold!

sure

It’s here :)

Here's mine (from my facebook account):

I never saw Colin Farrell act before, so I’m glad this was the first film I’ve seen him in. It was brilliant, well casted, hilarious, violent, gory, and sad. Made me a little wistful for drunken Irish criminals, but the movie gave me more insight into their probable fate. Ralph Fiennes did a good turn as a sociopath hitman leader, and Brendan Gleeson is a convincing hitman with a heart of gold. And Colin Farrell’s character had the perfect combination of ignorance, arrogance, pathos, and sweetness to make you cheer him on throughout. And, also, mustn’t forget Jordan Prentice.

I'm surprised

that people laughed through the sad parts. Some scenes in it nearly broke my heart; the main character was in so much turmoil.

Great review, though. Thanks for posting it!

Writing is my other big hobby :)

The odd thing was

that a week later, my friend that I saw the movie with and I went to a party and there was a man who is a dwarf there.

I loved the cocaine scene with Jordan Prentice and Colin Farrell. I’ve never seen anything like it.

calypte has gotten 8 cheers on this entry.
