I can completely understand getting away from the old house ghosts. My previous house was my dream house, but I just couldn’t live there anymore. Every nook and cranny held another demon.
Housing market sucks around here, hopefully it’s better by you guys and you can get yourselves a great deal on a beautiful house!

It sucks here, too – but not as bad as, say, the Sacramento area. And though it will be hard to trade our 5.5% interest rate for something more like 6, it’ll still be worth it if we can find something cheaper.
Today I tackled washing down siding, more weeding and removing dead stuff, window washing, etc. so just in case we find something I’ll be closer to being ready. Besides, it just really needed it.
This was supposed to be our dream house too – had it built custom in 93-94, and life turned to hell in 95. Funny how life works, huh?
