If you mean no talking, I did.
If you mean no loudness or mostly any sounds at all, I did, too.
If you mean no internal dialog, I did, too.
If you mean all and just staring, I did, too.
And every body should try all of them at least once. For long time spans. In differents places and situations.
And if you can have you home silent, you will thanks, whather you are doing one of these or not. Or even if you are going something very noisy, being the most noisy thing.
You get to love it, you get to love both the silence or whatever you do in contrast (music, tv, talking, company, animal, etc.. ).
And if at some point you lose it, you miss it too. I hate when our tv crosses the line between “I’m watching, listen or staring at it while I think” and “Why the hell can turn it off? She’s been there for 6 hours and they are the same every day voices I get to hate!”
