I go home and all the endless streams of possibilities, characters, situations etc. just keep going round and round and round in my head. First thing I think of in the morning – bad.

I just got back from holiday and my fearsome friend Spanish Sonia bluntly refused to allow me to talk about work… and it worked! I stopped thinking about it. Bingo.

Now I want to not think about work at home…
