astral project
so close 16 months ago

i had a boyfriend who was not any kind of new age guy or anything, and he was able to do this! i was so fascinated, we would take naps side by side and he would try and ‘pull’ me along with him for traveling adventures. it never worked. only recently have i been able to successfully lucid dream. all that i have read about preparing to have an obe (out of body experience, or astral traveling) i think i’m close. i am alert enough to feel my muscles become ‘paralyzed’ and i feel this electric buzz all around me, but then i fall asleep or else i just… don’t.

im meditating everyday trying to reach obe too. i think im am getin somewhere cuz the last time i meditated i started feeling like twitches or jerks in my leg. i have been getin these kinds of twitches al the time but for some reason i cant reach obe. also for some reason during meditation i start geting sleepy? i never understood why …

I am no expert

but from what I’ve read, I’d say you should be well prepared mentally…....apparently their are some not so nice Beastie type things awaiting peeps who go out thru the Bardo’s not in the higher Bardo’s but in the lower ones, apparently they are just checking to see if you are scared of em…...I would be LOL….but if you stick your tongue out at em & shout go away ugly sod ....they bugger off sharpish because they are mardi buggers in reality…LOL…....but once you get past that lot …you’re well on your way…........to where ever it is you wanna go…....beats waiting in an airport I suppose ;~)

PS: just wondering if kbplaya33 up above managed to do it & is lost out there as he has never posted anything since !!!
