I am so happy I am making real progress on this gaol, today at 190!
11 pounds to go, also losing BMI and inches. I hope some one notices. I do know my favorite jeans fit, with no sign of a beer belly.

all I know is the books; I think you have to pay to join an online South Beach plan, but I’m not sure because I only use SparkPeople, which is free.
Actually SparkPeople would be even better than South Beach, because it’s free & provides a meal plan if you want it & all sorts of info on healthy lifestyle & maintaining weight loss. www.sparkpeople.com
