Speaking seriously, now, don’t be scared. I don’t know about you, but putting a label on what exactly is wrong with me, helped me some. The way I see it, you’re finding something out about the enemy, and that info will help you to combat it. ‘Know thine enemy’, they say, and this thing that we all have comes in all different forms, but one thing about it is the same for all of us. It’s our enemy and it’s not part of us. It’s not our personality, and it’s not our weakness. So don’t think of it as you’re finding out something bad about yourself so much as about your enemy… hope that helps some, at least that’s the way I think about it so it’s not as scary.
