Every summer, we are spoiled. My Dad loves his garden and his garden seems to love him back because we get 100’s upon 100’s of veggies growing in. They are HUGE too. I’m talking 12 inch cucumbers and tomatoes too big to hold in your hand! His kitchen is Packed with huge strainers and containers full of veggies everywhere. Because of this, my family NEVER has a shortage of salsas & salads. His neighbors love him, because he’s always giving them bags of them.
Now he only grows a few things, but its the quanity of them that comes in, that amazes me. Just the other day he handed me some bags with about 15 cucumbers, 20 or so huge tomatoes and then about 50 different kinds of peppers(:

Cucumbers
Green peppers
Habaneros (red and orange)
Jalepenos…(6 different kinds)
