Slowly but surely? 15 months ago

Changed my exercise schedule to 30/35 minutes everyday but Thursday (I get allergy shots). I got Dance Dance Revolution for home which helps for those days that I really don’t want to go to the gym. Strangely enough I think the DDR is helping more than the gym cardio I was doing, because I was holding steady at my weight until DDR. Now I am slowly losing a pound here and there.

that is supah awesome! I have to get mine out – i’ve only tested it out ONCE and the settings must have been on crack addict because I couldn’t barely keep up!
