I’ve been going to the gym about three times a week, mainly working the stomach and I’ve been going to yoga.. I want a nice stomach in time for mexico!

What routines are you doing?
I’ve got to lose weight before I can start on a goal like this but any advice you could give would be appreciated.

advice..
for mexico, I did lotsa situps(forward and elbow to each side would be considered one set) on a slanted board, while throwing a medicine ball back and forth with my friend, to start I would have my friend throw me the ball and do one set of the three situps and then throw the ball back to her, we usaully did 8 or 9 sets..
also, this new one I heard about is to get into a sit up position and go part way into a sit up with your shoulders off the ground and then you lean to the right, and touch your right ankle with your right hand, and then with the left, and you do it as controlled as you can.
