i tried erasing meat off my diet for about a week. until one day that i came home starving and my mom had this awesome tacos there waiting for me. i was deliciously disappointed in myself :( so i figure that the best approach would be a systematic desensitization in which i stop eating meat little by little! :)

I thought about putting “become a vegan again” on my list but it’s probably best to avoid the labels. I’ve avoided meat all my life until recently when I heard that fish oil pills are very good for the cranium. I get nuts with the labels and guilt of avoiding fish and dairy. It’s good to feel guilty and want to change (I’m living in a society and not a sociopath) but don’t be too hard on yourself for eating meat here and there. At least you are trying to be ethically responsible. Take it day by day. I wish you the best with this goal!
