Another good thing about adding my glass of milk to my diet is that it’s helped me cut back on the amount of soda I drink. I was thinking of putting drink less soda as a goal, but in a way, this is the same sort of thing. I’ve been keeping up with my glass a day. It’s not tasting so bad to me anymore. When I’ve been drinking it for a month and it’s not so much of a thought of “oh I need to drink my milk today” then I’ll consider this done, though I plan to continue to always have a glass of milk a day.
