Okay!!..here’s my POA
Eat around 1200 calories per day (low in fat) and exercise. So, I’ve started eating like lean cuisine for lunch, a low fat no sugar added ice cream bar for snack, a smoothis for breakfast…The problem is dinner..I get really hungry by night..
