Kyudo is the ancient tradition of archery in Japan. It is tightly woven to zen, which makes it twice as attractive to pick up. I read two books about it (one about the zen in kyudo and another one about the techniques) and since I don’t do any martial arts anymore since my master died, it would be nice to try something similar. Similar means an excuse to meditate more.
hi! i’m really interested in kyudo as well was wondering if you were able to find any courses in the ottawa area? the nearest i found is in montreal…
