la lori is feeling enpowered!
So I’m still eating healthy-ish but not losing any weight at all due to the fact that I haven’t done any exercising in at least a month. I keep making excuses like; I’m tired, I’m too busy with school work and homework, when in actuality I just don’t want to do it! I need to suck it up and just do it. Exercise and get back to healthy eating. I had junk food this past week acouple times and that’s all I need to throw me right off the weight loss train. I need to ignore the food my brother brings into this house and continue on my healthy journey. I WAS doing so good!
