friday 9/12- couldn’t weigh myself, slept at my parents’ last night
B- kashi cereal w/ soymilk (250 cals)iced coffee w/ nonfat milk (30 cals)
S- half a pb&j sandwich (225 cals)
L- other half of pb&j (225 cals)
activia yogurt with grapes (110+40=140ish?)
S- orange (100 cals)
kashi honey/almond/flax bar (140 cals)
D- too many multigrain crackers with 2 incredibly yummy kinds of hummus- red pepper and garlic clove!
1 1/4 mini corn quesadillas with salsa
half an apple
yogurt with a few grapes
mini chocolate chip cookies
Later- mini bagel with peanut butter
Total Cals- 1110 cals + dinner & later cals…:/
Exercise- one hour walk on my lunch break
okay so the weekend is here and i’m all ready to continue exercising and not binge like a mad woman this time!! SERIOUSLY! i’ll eat normally, just with maybe ONE night of pizza and frozen yogurt thrown in vs. THREE :/
