I joined a gym about two weeks ago when I found out my insurance company covers it (thank you insurance!). So far I have lost 8lbs, well as of Wednesday at least. I only weigh myself at the gym. If I had a scale at home I’d be crazy with it. I also started keeping better track of my nutrition and joined sparkpeople.com, which is a great free way to track your fitness and daily food intake, amongst other things. So hopefully I will stick with this for the long run, which is usually where I come into problems.
