I think they just look at the margins, if they got it all, and given my age/type of cancer/size of lump etc, they figure it out.

I spoke to the surgical fellow the next morning, and she said they have evidence that women who undergo the chemo, and women who just have the ovarian suppression (tamoxifen) do about the same.

So, I want to go in and talk to them about what “about” means, and I want studies, not generalities, and I want to read the studies.

I am still waiting to hear about the oncotype stuff. I guess I’ll call UCSF and see what’s up.
