saturday 9/13- couldn’t weigh myself, slept at my parents’ last night

B- kashi cereal w/ soymilk (250 cals)
iced coffee w/ nonfat milk (30 cals)
iced green tea undsweetened (0 cals)
L- spinach/romaine salad w/ tiny bit of lowcal dressing
some multigrain crackers with hummus
apple, half an orange, some cranberries
yogurt with a few raspberries and grapes
S- another venti iced coffee and green tea
Sees candy- milk chocolate bordeoux and the free sample
S #2- tall strawberry frappucino (410 CALS!! and basically NO nutritional value, no fiber or nething :/—woulda been 320 cals w/ no whip…)
D- veggie & avocado sandwich on squaw bread from submarina
Later- rockies froyo, BOMB ;)
Exercise- very very brisk 5 mile walk with my dad in the morning, he’s nuts!
Total Cals- a lot..but worth it cuz everything was soooo good and worth the calories! plus i walked at least, which is more than i usually do on weekends..and i’ll do more exercise tomorrow too to make up for it :)
