I was thinking Kate Bush instead of Kate Moss. You can imagine the confusion.

I don’t know if Kate Moss is a good or bad person, but I got over idolizing “pretty and skinny” when a friend’s younger sister, a model, got heavily into coke, developed bulimia, and killed herself at age 23. :/

A good friend of mine danced ballet growing up, and developed anorexia she’s never been able to overcome. She’s skeletal. Her hair, which used to be lustrous, is dry and brittle. She’s also broken two bones in her feet in circumstances that shouldn’t break bones – like walking.

Don’t get hung up on the number on the scale. Aim for healthy.
