i did so GREAT today—-probably ate a little under what I should have but exercised and according to my pedometer got in 17,000 steps!! I work in NYC and every day walk from my train station to/from work (about a mile and a half or 30 minute walk each way)...thn i walk the full hour during my lunch break and tonight i pushed myself AND went to the gym for 35 minutes on the elliptical!
