advent begins next week and will be a good, liturgically appropriate time to focus on my spiritual life more intently. my husband and i have already discussed a few things we’d like to do together – read a spiritual book, write in our prayer journal (haven’t in far far too long) – and then there are some things i’d like to begin as family rituals. i love Advent!!
