One may obtain sets of cassette tapes from public libraries, for use privately at home. I started this way after reading some books.
You may make cassette tapes based upon what you read in books. Even put mood music in your background as you read the spell to yourself.
Make a list of things you want to plant into your subconscious and play your home made tapes when you have time.
If you have a VCR, then you can play your tapes for hours repeatedly, even during your sleep. You 1st have to transfer your recordings onto the VHS, as you would a movie.
Works for some of us and hope it works for you too!
