tips?
i have to last the whole week starting tomorrow and i hardly have any will power :/
i can last up til 4:00
then i eat :|
so any tips at all to helpp me not eat?

Fasting doesn't work
When you fast, your body goes into ‘starvation’ mode and actually holds onto all the stored fat and calories. The idea is to eat healthy and exercise. Your body will lose the weight it doesn’t need.
PS – It may sound like I’m preaching, but believe me, I know exactly what you’re feeling and how you’re thinking.

Why in the world, do you want to lose weight?
Granted, it’s different for me because I’m a guy, but I’m 5’9” and my weight has been between 200-210 as of late. If I could get my weight between 160-180, I’d be happy with that. I’d be perfectly fine weighing 175, even if the BMI chart says I shouldn’t weigh more than 162. I really think the BMI chart is crap. I could weigh 175, and have more energy and stamina, and function fairly well. I don’t see my metabolism allowing me to get down to 165 or so, without starving myself, and that would not be worth it.
So, eat something! And don’t feel bad about it.
