For the first time in my life I am overweight! I think that the constant munching of biscuits and one too many glasses of wine don’t help. I go to the gym 2x per week. I reckon I need to step the exercise up a level and cut out the sugary stuff and alcohol. I am simply not going to buy biscuits anymore and replace them with fruit and nuts. The most successful people at losing weight who I know do cut out the crap..
