dilyla is pondering where am i going? where am i coming from?

yeah im exercising atleast 5 days a week, i was also lifting weights and now i seem to have gone up a kilo and i dont want that so i quit the weights. Today i was on the ecliptic machine 30 minutes managed to burn 390 calories. im so frustrated….. im starting to lose my syke fr exercising.

Exercise is not a quick fix, but a part of a healthy lifestyle, that pays in the long run.

Well I don't know how long you've been lifting weights but

Muscle is heavier than fat so that kilo you gained was probably muscle. That’s good weight. You don’t want to lose that.
