Over the past 2.5 years i’ve gained 50 pounds. 30 of those pounds in the past year! ...I’ve started aiming for 2hrs of cardio six days a week, which has been going well, and i haven’t missed any days yet..
i’ve tried so hard so many times but nothing keeps me motivated anymore! i use to be able to run 14K, now i feel like i’m even too lazy to get in my car and drive it. ..
At my smallest i was a size three (only 4 years ago)
..now i’m size eleven. :(
My goal for November 1st is to loose the first 10 pounds to get me motivated.. then after this 50 pounds is gone and done with, i’ll be more concerned with shaping up, and not nessasarily the weight aspect of being healthy !!
