Eat a salad (and one fruit) a day (read all 3 entries…)
Check! I did this today. 14 months ago

I usually eat more than one fruit as well, but the salad, not so much. I should actually cut back on the fruit a bit because it is a lot of sugar, and I’m trying to lose some weight.

Today I had:
-2 cups strawberries
-1 banana
-1 romaine salad with cucumber and balsamic
-1 gala apple with peanut butter
