1. Laundry is right across the hall, it’s free and no one is using it this morning
2. My mum lives across the hall, wow, it’s good to be close to her.
3. My sweet little kitty, Frosty, who sat on me this morning to wake me up. She is amusing me right now, sitting in front of the window, but hiding behind the air conditioner, stalking the unsuspecting birds in the birch tree out front, tail lashing and making that ack ack ack noise.
4. It’s a gorgeous, sunny autumn day.
5. I have enough fabric on hand to complete this month’s block for quilters guild.
