I washed my hair on Wednesday only once with mild shampoo and a conditioner that I mixed with lots of cool water. I have been taking cool showers which has made my skin less dry. However this morning my scalp was itchy and the oils were not going down to the ends where it needs it so I rinsed my hair with cool water no shampoo. I’ll see how it does when it dry. My hair seems to be thickening up and not falling out as much. Keeping my fingers crossed
